Cocktails : Schweppes Juices

Schweppes Juices

The Bloody Mary:

• 50ml vodka
• 3 dashes Tabasco
• 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
• 20ml lemon juice
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 pinch black pepper
• 1 pinch celery salt
• ½ a bar spoon creamed horseradish sauce
• Schweppes Tomato Juice top

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake sharply and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon slice and a celery stick and serve with two straws.

The Salty Chihuaua:

• 50ml gold tequila
• Schweppes Pink Grapefruit juice
• Sea Salt

Add the tequila and the grapefruit juice to an ice filled, highball glass with a salt edge. Garnish with a lime squeeze and serve with a swizzle stick.

The Greyhound:

• 50ml vodka
• Schweppes Pink Grapefruit Juice

Build both ingredients in a highball glass.

The Blood and Sand:

• 25ml Scotch whisky
• 25ml cherry brandy
• 25ml sweet vermouth
• 30ml Schweppes Orange Juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, shake sharply and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange zest.

Fuzzy Navel:

• 50ml vodka
• 15ml peach schnapps
• Schweppes Orange Juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake sharply and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange slice and serve with two straws.

The Harvey Wallbanger:

• 50ml vodka
• Dash Galliano
• Schweppes Orange Juice

Add the vodka and the orange juice to a highball glass filled with ice. Float the Galliano over the surface of the drink, garnish with an orange zest and serve with two straws.

The Screwdriver:

• 50ml vodka
• Schweppes Orange Juice top

Build both ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Stir and garnish with an orange wheel.

The Sloe Comfortable Screw:

• 25ml Sloe Gin
• 25ml Southern Comfort
• Schweppes Orange Juice top

Build in a highball glass frilled with ice and garnish with an orange slice. Serve with two straws.

South Coast Cocktail:

• 50ml strong bodied scotch
• 10ml orange curacao
• 10ml fresh lemon juice
• dash sugar syrup
• Schweppes Orange Juice top

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir gently and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with two flaming orange zests.
