Schweppes Mixers

The Mojito:

• 50ml Golden rum
• 5 sprigs of mint
• Dash of fresh limejuice
• 1 bar spoon Muscovado sugar (unrefined)
• Dash of sugar syrup
• Schweppes Soda Water top

Muddle the mint, lime and sugar in a highball glass. Fill with crushed ice. Add the rum and top with soda. Stir, and serve with two straws.

The Dark And Stormy:

• 50ml dark rum
• Schweppes Ginger Beer top
• 1 lime quartered and squeezed

Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Serve with two straws.

The Moscow Mule:

• 50ml Vodka
• Schweppes Ginger Beer top
• Dash of Cassis
• 1 lime quartered and squeezed

Build all ingredients in a highball filled with ice. Serve with two straws.

Tom Collins:

• 50ml Gin
• 20ml fresh lemon juice
• 10ml sugar syrup
• Schweppes Soda Water top

Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon slice. Serve with two straws.
(NB: for the John Collins, simply substitute the gin for vodka)

The Rickey:

• 50ml base spirit (any from vodka, gin, whisky or flavoured liqeuers)
• 20ml fresh lime juice
• 10ml sugar syrup
• Schweppes Soda Water top

Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice. Stir gently, garnish with a lime wedge and serve with two straws.

The Stone Rickey:

• 50ml gin
• 15ml fresh limejuice
• 30ml sugar syrup
• 60ml Schweppes Orange Juice
• 60ml Schweppes Soda Water

Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice and stir. Garnish with an orange slice.

Lychnburgh Lemonade:

• 50ml Jack Daniels
• 20ml fresh lemon juice
• 10ml sugar syrup
• ‘Schweppes Lemonade’ top

Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice. Stir gently, garnish with a lemon slice and serve with two straws.

The Horse Neck:

• 50ml Bourbon
• Schweppes Ginger Ale top

Build both ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon peel spiral and serve with two straws.

Alabazam:

• 50ml brandy
• 10ml orange curacao
• 15ml fresh lemon juice
• 10ml sugar syrup
• 2 dashes angostura bitters
• Schweppes Soda Water top

Shake all the ingredients except the soda in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top with soda and stir

Americano:

• 30ml sweet vermouth
• 30ml Campari
• 10ml sugar syrup
• Schweppes Soda Water top

Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Stir gently, garnish with an orange zest.

The Anejo Highball:

• 50ml aged rum
• 15ml orange curacao
• 1 large dash of fresh limejuice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Schweppes Ginger Beer top

Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime and orange wheels and serve with two straws.

The Pimm's Cocktail:

• 50ml Pimm's no 1 cup
• 1 lemon slice
• 1 orange wheel
• 1 mint sprig
• 1 slice cucumber skin
• 1 strawberry (optional)
• ‘Schweppes Lemonade’ top
• Dash of Schweppes Ginger Beer

Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Stir gently and add the garnishes. Serve with two straws.

The Ramos Fizz:

• 50ml gin
• 15ml fresh lemon juice
• 15ml fresh limejuice
• 40ml sugar syrup
• 50ml milk (or single cream)
• 1 dash egg white
• 2 drops orange flower water
• Schweppes Soda Water top

Shake all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake sharply and strain into a highball glass with no ice. Serve with two straws and no garnish.

The Silver Fizz:

• 50ml gin
• 25ml fresh lemon juice
• 20ml sugar syrup
• 1 dash egg white
• Schweppes Soda Water top

Add all ingredients except the soda to a shaker filled with ice. Shake sharply and strain into a highball glass without ice and top with soda. Serve with two straws and no garnish.

Southside:

• 20ml gin
• 25ml sugar syrup
• 20ml fresh limejuice
• 2 lime pieces
• 2 sprigs of fresh mint
• Schweppes Soda Water top

Add all ingredients except the soda water to a shaker filled with ice. Shake sharply and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Stir gently, top with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig.

Black Hole:

• 50ml Black Sambuca
• Schweppes Soda Water top

Build both ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice.
